Customer Retentions Executive - Team Valley, Gateshead
Here at Vertuwe have a great opportunity for a Customer Retentions Executive to join our centralised Customer Retentions team!
This is a unique opportunity to join our ever-growing business! Within this role you will be working 40 hours per week,Monday – Friday 9am - 6pm.
£22,000 basic salary with a realistic OTE of £38,000
Within this role you will be contacting our existing customers and maximise car renewal opportunities for our dealerships! You will be responsible for generating appointments both physical and virtual by following a structured contact strategy.
Your main objective is to retain our current customers by providing a first-class customer experience whilst also participating in sales campaigns and promotions that will boost sales penetration and always ensure data quality and FSA compliance.
Previous experience within the Motor Trade is preferred but not essential as full training will be delivered, this role requires tenacity, persistence and confidence to fully reach its potential.
