· To maintain the standard of hygiene, presentation, cleanliness and maintenance of all areas.
· To have an in depth working knowledge of all front office procedures, including the computer system, switchboard, reservations ad housekeeping procedure.
· To communicate effectively with all departments, managers and team members with accurate information.
· To operate within guidelines of consumer and licensing legislation
· To ensure the security of all forms of monies on the premises including the proper and honest use of all cash/till machines, petty cash floats, currency exchange and credit card machine
. Set Up of function rooms and dining areas.
Previous experience desired but not essential.
Must be over the age of 21 and fully flexible for a 40 hour contract.

Pay: £12.25-£13.50 per hour
