You will provide expert technical advice and support for property maintenance and repairs, focusing on defect investigation, contract management, and ensuring high-quality delivery of works. Key Responsibilities

Investigate complex maintenance issues, including disrepair, structural failure, and defects.

Provide technical advice on design, construction, maintenance, and repair.

Prepare reports, specifications, drawings, and contract documents for a range of works.

Manage maintenance contracts, monitor contractor performance, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Maintain accurate records and high-quality data in property systems.

Develop local knowledge of assets, customer needs, and investment priorities.

Continually develop your skills and knowledge to stay up to date with best practice and legislation.
Requirements
*
Degree or vocational qualification in a construction-related discipline.
*
Experience in property maintenance, surveying, and defect analysis.
*
Strong technical knowledge of building construction, maintenance, and repair processes.
*
Experience managing contracts and delivering projects on time and budget.
*
Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation.
*
Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management IT systems.
*
Full UK driving licence; willing to travel as required.
*
Role subject to basic DBS disclosure.
