Regional Sales Manager – Point of Care Solutions

At Siemens Healthineers, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to help deliver innovative Point of Care solutions across the region – Scotland.
In this role, you will represent Siemens Healthineers as a trusted partner to customers, supporting them throughout their journey—from early engagement through to long-term relationship development.
About The Role
* Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets across the Point of Care portfolio
* Develop and manage long-term customer relationships beyond the procurement cycle
* Drive business development and identify new opportunities within your region
* Engage with procurement teams and navigate tenders and frameworks effectively
* Maintain accurate and high-quality CRM data
* Support projects and contribute to successful delivery and customer engagement
You will work across a well-established customer base, including NHS and private sector organisations, with opportunities to collaborate with leading clinical experts and academic partners.
What You Bring
* Experience in sales or a customer-facing role, ideally within medical sales; Point of Care, diagnostics, or wider healthcare solutions in the Scotland market
* Alternatively, clinical or healthcare experience within near-patient testing or acute care environments also considered
* Experience working with public and/or private healthcare customers
* Exposure to academic or Key Opinion Leader environments is beneficial
* Degree or equivalent experience (formal education or professional experience both valued)
* Strong organisational skills, resilience, and ability to manage competing priorities
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict management skills

This role covers Scotland only.
