We are looking for a Training Specialist, initially for 6 months, to help upskill and train a large group of individuals on our new Salesforce CRM.
Key responsibilities are:
* Proven capability to design, develop and deliver engaging training in Salesforce, both in person and virtually, that align with transformation objectives and enhance colleague capability
* Skilled in evaluating feedback, identifying learning gaps and implementing improvements to optimise outcomes
* Design end to end learning programs, tailoring to various audiences (teams and levels of role)
* Develops training lesson content, utilising various methods (digital learning, bitesize sessions, classroom led lesson plans etc)
* Create engaging and interactive training materials (e learning, instructor led, tools to aid colleagues etc)
* Co-ordinate with SMEs to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content
* Incorporate adult learning principles, digital learning tools, a blended learning approach to maximise learning and retention
* Work with Business Change Senior Manager to ensure training aligns with change objectives
The skills and experience required are:
* Large scale transformation experience, involving tech, people and process change
* Salesforce training experience
* Ideally financial services experience, or comparable industry
* Experience of curriculum design, training material production, scheduling and orchestration, and training delivery
* Working in a fast paced change environment
