Territory Sales Manager/HVAC Territory Manager/Outside Sales Rep will be responsible for driving sales growth across a portfolio of HVAC dealer accounts, managing relationships with contractors, and developing new business opportunities.

Package & Location
* $70,000 - $80,000 + uncapped performance-based commission

Territory Sales Manager/HVAC Territory Manager/Outside Sales Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with company growth objectives
* Manage and grow sales within an assigned geographic territory, achieving and exceeding revenue and profitability targets
* Build and strengthen relationships with contractors through consultative selling
* Identify and execute strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand share-of-wallet with existing customers
* Prepare and present reports on territory performance, business development, and growth forecasts
Territory Sales Manager/HVAC Territory Manager/Outside Sales Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
* 3–5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management
* Proven track record of acquiring new business and achieving sales targets
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Proficiency with MS Office, CRM platforms, and sales analytics tools
* Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
