We have an exciting new opportunity to join the busy ticketing team as a Ticketing Coordinator.
The role
As a Ticketing Coordinator you will support the Ticketing department managing communications with the venue teams and promoters leading up to the event. Supporting the team with event ticketing builds and meeting deadlines, you will work on the ticketing manifest and movement of the ticket inventory. You will also support with box office operations and deputising for the Duty Manager when needed.
About you
We are looking for a background in events / entertainment with experience in working on ticketing systems / platforms either in sporting or music / live entertainment. You will be used to a fast paced environment and have excellent communication and administration skills. A positive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure and be professional at all times, is also key. This is a really exciting role for a busy and friendly team where career development is prioritised.
