* Previousexperience working with children in a supervisory role preferred.
* Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
* Basic first aid training or willingness to undertake training.
* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
