Our client is currently looking for a small works manager to handle minor, reactive and smaller planned works, mainly within an education setting, schools and Colleges.
The role will include:
* Visiting sites to establish work content
* Providing costs to client
* Planning and programming in works
* Rasing orders and dealing with contractors and operatives
* Sourcing and procuring materials
* Ensuring works are carried out within the companys polies and H&S.
* Overseeing the works
* Signing off the works with Clients
* Providing feedback for KPIs
25 days holiday per annum, Pension contribution, Mileage allowance.
May suit a carpenter or similar looking to come off the tools as ongoing training will be offered.
