Perform all line start-up checks and set up efficiently. Communicate job priorities and updates to ODS, Chiller and Machine Operators. Collect and verify packaging/labels with QC, check fruit details, and train packers on hygiene and tasks. Complete paperwork, update minus sheets, and order additional materials as needed (QC approved). Ensure line cleanliness, H&S compliance, and the completion of reports (P&L, downtime, audits, rejections, overtime, ETI), and report them to the Packhouse Manager.
