Role Overview
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, motivate, and inspire your team.
Responsibilities
* Support and develop your team, maintaining high standards
* Manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and ensure proper staffing
* Ensure compliance with food, health, and safety standards
* Understand financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
* Celebrate team successes and recognize individual needs
Ideal Candidate
* Passionate about team support and high standards
* Experienced in managing kitchen operations and coaching team members
* Knowledgeable about food safety, health standards, and financial performance
* Enthusiastic about team development and success
