Sales Conversion: Transform interest into action- drive bookings and secure contracts using our proven systems and processes. Client Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails with confidence, clarity, and warmth. Sales Culture: Spot opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, contributing to a dynamic, results-driven team. Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with colleagues to ensure every event runs smoothly and every guest leaves delighted. Customer Focus: Put clients first- proactively resolve issues and go the extra mile to exceed expectations. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in Meetings & Events coordination- ideally in hospitality, hotels, or venues Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Confidence using Microsoft Office and booking/sales platforms A proactive mindset and genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service A natural relationship-builder who thrives in a team environment Why You’ll Love It Here No two days are the same.
