Job title: Care Assistant - Days
Location: Edwinstowe, NG21 9PA
Employer: Nightingale Nursing & Care Home, owned by Jasmine Healthcare
Salary: £12.80 per hour plus incentives
Hours: Full time – 7am to 7pm, 3–4 days per week to include alternate weekends

Responsibilities
* Join a team of Care Assistants to provide the highest possible levels of care in daily living activities, including personal care (washing, dressing, eating) and support for daily activities
* Promote residents’ independence with a focus on choice, dignity and respect; support physical and emotional wellbeing
* Complete Daily Charts to a high standard, aiming for 90%+ in monthly audits
* Maintain 100% compliance with mandatory training throughout the year

Team note: In some cases, staff under 21 may be paid at a lower rate in line with National Minimum Wage guidelines for age 18–20.
Essential Requirements
* Positive outlook and strong work ethic
* Experience in an elderly nursing/care home setting
* Live within 20 minutes of the Home
Preferred Requirements
* One year of experience in a residential or nursing home
* Level 2 Health & Social Care or above
