This is a hands-on Linux + security role — not compliance — focused on protecting and improving infrastructure.
What you’ll do
* Secure and improve Linux infrastructure
* Deploy IDS/IPS tools (Suricata, Zeek, Snort)
* Configure firewalls, VPNs & network controls
* Build logging & monitoring pipelines
* Vulnerability scanning & patching
* Analyse logs and network traffic
* Automate security tasks (Bash / Python)
