Key Responsibilities
1. Supporting Facilities Managers and Building Managers across a commercial property portfolio
2. Assisting with the management of hard and soft service contractors
3. Monitoring contractor performance and ensuring service delivery standards are met
4. Supporting compliance processes and health & safety administration
5. Assisting with site inspections, audits, and risk management procedures
