As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of multiple client projects and ensure smooth operations across our teams.
The Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will provide essential support to our project managers and consultants. You'll help keep projects on track, coordinate resources, manage documentation, and ensure effective communication between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist project managers with day-to-day coordination of multiple projects.
* Maintain project documentation, including schedules, risk registers, and reports.
* Coordinate meetings, workshops, and client updates, preparing agendas and minutes.
* Track project progress against milestones and flag issues or delays.
* Support resource allocation, liaising with internal teams and external partners.
* Ensure compliance with project governance processes and client requirements.
* Act as a point of contact for project queries, ensuring clear communication between all parties.
About You
* 1–3 years' experience in project coordination, PMO support, or administration.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, or Asana).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a willingness to learn.
* Interest in IT, technology, or consulting environments.

* Salary: £28,000–£34,000 DOE
