Be the cornerstone of HR comprehensive services
As a HR Coordinator, you will be a key member of our HR team, providing a full HR administration and co-ordination service to the HR team and to internal and external customers. You will be acting as a first point of contact for all HR enquiries.
As a HR Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
* Administering HR processes and documentation throughout the employee lifecycle
* Maintaining and updating HR systems with employment-related information
* Preparing letters and contractual changes, including flexible working and reference requests
* Handling initial HR inquiries and managing the HR mailbox and ensuring timely responses
* Collaborating with external parties on benefit administration and managing supplier relationships
* Providing general administrative support, including organizing events and maintaining the expense system
We'd love you to have
* Previous experience in HR administration, general administration or customer service role is desirable
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse groups
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality
* Motivated, keen to learn, and a good team player who can work independently
