Serious Injury Associate – Midlands Salary: £55,000 DOE My client is a regional law firm with a highly regarded Serious Injury department and they are looking to recruit a Serious Injury Associate to join their growing team in the Midlands. Why This Role? This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing team at a firm that has expanded significantly in recent years. What You’ll Be Doing:

* Managing your own serious injury caseload, typically involving high-value, complex matters.
* Assisting Partners and Senior Associates on catastrophic injury cases.
* Getting involved in business development.

* Salary: £50,000+ DOE

About You:
* You’ll be a qualified solicitor/Cilex NQ-3 years PQE with experience in serious injury work
* Comfortable handling your own caseload and working collaboratively on larger, complex claims
