Your new role
As a Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk, your duties will include:
1. Processing invoices
2. Matching, batching and coding invoices
3. Purchase orders
4. Reconciliations
5. Setting up Supplier accounts
6. Query resolution
7. Carrying out any other duties required by the finance manager
8. Administration/MS Excel
What you'll need to succeed
9. You will have had experience within Purchase ledger, preferably within the education sector. Looking for someone who can hit the ground running and is able to demonstrate goodmunications skills alongside problem-solving. The organisation is currently going through a transition on to a new finance system. Please note that a DBS will be required for this position, which can be processed via HAYS.
