You’ll work with the store team to deliver high-standard clinical care and customer service to meet both patient needs and business objectives. And of course, you’ll be a key part in creating a warm and friendly environment for our customers and our team.
Our store
Specsavers in Swansea is a family-oriented practice with hands-on Partners. Our store has an "Independent" vibe, with all the standards and procedures you would expect from the global brand. We are looking for an ambitious Optometrist to join us. Additionally, we have recently opened our brand new sister store in Mumbles, offering the opportunity to work across both practices for a more diverse caseload and change of scenery.

We do need you to have a few skills to get started in this role. Firstly, you’ll need to be registered as a member of the General Optical Council (keeping this up to date). You should also be confident and passionate about providing the best customer service and work well as part of a team.
