As Junior Sous Chef, you'll be a key part of our kitchen team, helping to prep, cook, and plate up high-quality dishes across all sections. You'll have the chance to learn and grow while contributing your ideas and passion for food.
Support the head chef in day-to-day kitchen operations and manage the kitchen in his absence
Ensure consistency and quality across all dishes
Uphold food hygiene and safety standards
Previous kitchen experience (ideally in a pub or bistro setting)
Passionate about fresh food and seasonal cooking
Staff meals on shift
Ongoing training and development
