An exciting opportunity has arisen for committed individuals within the Housing & Communities Building Improvement Unit Planned Maintenance Team for the post of a Planned Maintenance Coordinator.
The Planned Maintenance Team carries out planned programmed maintenance works on domestic properties, communal areas, and operational buildings within the Communities Portfolio. This work includes roof replacements, painting schemes, external wall insulation, fire damage repairs, and more.
About the job
You will assist the planned team in monitoring, reviewing, and coordinating work streams to deliver the planned maintenance programme. Your responsibilities will include updating documents related to Health & Safety, meetings, contract documents, and programmes.
What We Are Looking For
* Knowledge and experience of programming works, filing, updating spreadsheets, SharePoint, and databases, assisting in compiling reports to ensure compliance with current regulations and legislation.
* Experience in providing excellent customer service and resolving disputes in a positive and constructive manner with customers and contractors.
* The ability to work well in a team with a flexible approach.
* Exceptional communication and IT skills.
* Full use of your own vehicle and a valid driving licence, as site visits to projects and site offices will be required.
Additional Information
This vacancy is suitable for part-time sharing.
The post-holder will be required to provide comprehensive verbal and written responses to enquiries from internal departments and external organisations.
