Your new role
We’re looking for a confident and proactive HR generalist to join a collaborative People Team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a hands-on, operational role supporting the full employee lifecycle and acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Proven experience in a generalist HR role
2. CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
3. Strong knowledge of UK employment law
4. Excellentmunication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
5. Experience with HRIS and reporting tools
6. A proactive, adaptable, and people-first approach
