THE OPPORTUNITY
Technical Illustrator
Team Swift is recruiting for a Technical Illustrator responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality CAD illustrations for dealer aftersales purposes, covering Swift's complex range of leisure vehicles.
The ideal candidate will be a creative, detail-oriented individual with experience in PTC Creo. They will work diligently to ensure illustrations are available for all products at the point of despatch.

Main Responsibilities
* Create and maintain illustration drawings in PTC Creo.
* Prepare and issue paperwork accurately and efficiently to meet project deadlines.
* Collaborate with project team members to resolve process and operational issues.
* Provide regular status reports to the Senior CAD Design Engineer regarding quality and timing.
* Manage and implement changes through established processes and communicate effectively across departments.
* Support the D&D Technical Support team with information and direct communication with customers and dealers when needed.
* Adopt best practices and tools for project information work to maximize efficiency and quality.
* Support and promote EPIC Core Values.
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and health & safety requirements.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
* 5 GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths.
* Higher education such as AS and/or A Levels.
* Additional qualifications in Design or technical subjects are advantageous.
* Experience with general office administrative practices.
* Experience or willingness to learn in a drawing office environment.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines while following processes.
* Strong attention to detail, with proofreading skills.
* Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Flexible, adaptable, enthusiastic, and motivated.
