Job Title : Member Xperience Supervisor Hours : 40 per week Rate of Pay : 13.15 per hour Location : Hastings

A typical day in the life of a Member Experience Supervisor:
Support the delivery of membership KPIs, including retention and engagement targets
Assist in managing lead generation, member tours, and conversion opportunities
Help maintain accurate membership data and support reporting processes
Act as a Duty Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day club operations
Lead by example on the gym floor, delivering exceptional member service
Support team members in delivering tours, engaging members, and promoting services
Assist in organising member events such as New Member Evenings and Gym Challenges
Engage with members to build relationships and enhance their club experience
Support retention initiatives, including re-engagement of low-usage members
Promote and upsell club services in line with business targets
Handle member queries professionally across all communication channels
Ensure Health & Safety policies are followed at all times
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in a customer-facing or supervisory role
A passion for delivering excellent customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and support a team
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence in promoting products and services
Desirable:
Experience within the health, fitness, or hospitality industry
Knowledge of gym or spa environments
