As Network, Hardware & Support Manager, you’ll lead a small, talented team delivering exceptional technical support across our retail stores and head office. You’ll also head up Cybersecurity for the UK & Ireland business unit - overseeing endpoint protection, compliance, and alignment with Group policies to keep our network safe and resilient. What You’ll Do Lead, motivate, and develop a team of three direct reports providing on-site and remote IT support. Manage end points, POS, and network infrastructure, ensuring reliability, speed, and security. Oversee cybersecurity compliance across all endpoints, reviewing tools and ensuring alignment with Group standards. Partner with global IT and third-party providers to deliver best-in-class performance and issue resolution. Drive continuous improvement in IT processes, support systems, and user experience. Oversee hardware lifecycle management - from installation to upgrades and decommissioning. Manage budgets and vendor contracts effectively to deliver value and strong ROI. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in IT infrastructure, support, or systems management, ideally within retail or FMCG. Solid understanding of networking, end point management, and cybersecurity principles. Experience leading small teams and managing vendors or MSPs. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, service-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
