About the Role:

* Develop and implement lesson plans using various literary genres, texts, and writing styles to enhance analytical, critical, and creative skills.
* Facilitate student-led discussions, debates, and presentations to promote analysis and communication skills.
* Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and exams, providing constructive feedback.
* Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring alignment with current literary scholarship and best practices.
* Organize extracurricular activities like literature clubs, creative writing workshops, and debating competitions to enrich student learning.
Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in English Literature, Language, or related fields.
* Extensive experience teaching GCSE and A-Level English, focusing on literary and linguistic aspects.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire students.
* Passion for fostering a love of literature, language, and communication.
