About the Team & Role
Our Legal Services team is seeking an administrator to join us. This role is pivotal as it involves managing clerical and finance tasks that are essential to the smooth operation of our office. The role is full‑time, 37 hours per week, and includes providing office cover until 5pm one day per week on a rota basis. We are a small, supportive, and productive team that provides clerical and financial support to the other legal services teams.
Key duties include processing invoices and raising purchase orders to ensure seamless operation.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent organisational skills to prioritise workloads and maintain high service levels. You should exhibit exceptional customer service qualities while respecting confidentiality. While experience processing invoices is advantageous, all necessary training will be provided.
