SEND Teaching Assistant – Primary & Secondary (Leeds) Full-Time Roles Available Are you passionate about helping children with additional needs succeed? We’re looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support students with autism, learning difficulties, SEMH needs, and physical disabilities across primary and secondary schools. Leader Education is working in partnership with a range of inclusive mainstream and specialist SEND schools across Leeds, offering rewarding full-time opportunities for individuals who want to make a genuine impact in the classroom. The Role This is a full-time, long-term position where you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support Help pupils access learning and stay engaged Support behaviour regulation and emotional wellbeing Adapt activities to meet individual needs Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists You may support pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), SEMH needs, or physical and sensory needs. Some roles may involve personal care.
