Your week: 36.25 hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5.15pm

Snapshot of your role
* Manage all incoming sales enquiries across phone, email, website portals and agents, ensuring timely and high-quality responses
* Qualify and allocate enquiries to Sales Officers, maintaining clear oversight of progress and next steps
* Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing accurate information and setting clear expectations
* Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate data capture, lead progression and consistent use across teams
* Support the full sales process, including documentation, legal administration and post‑completion tasks such as CORE Digital submissions
* Assist with scheme launches, marketing activity and maintaining property listings across relevant portals
* Monitor enquiry pipelines, track performance and support reporting, audits and continuous improvement activity
What you’ll need to thrive in this role
* Experience managing high volumes of customer enquiries within a structured, process‑driven environment
* Strong understanding of customer journeys, lead management and service standards
* Experience providing administrative support in a busy office setting
* Confidence using CRM systems and databases to manage workflows and track performance
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive or complex queries professionally
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, manage competing demands and meet deadlines
* High attention to detail, particularly in data entry, record keeping and document management
* A proactive, team‑focused approach, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
DBS clearance is required for this role.
