* Liaising with social workers, education providers and external agencies
* Maintaining accurate records and contributing to support plans
* Promoting safeguarding and maintaining a safe living environment at all times

About you:

* Experience working with young people (16+) in supported accommodation, leaving care, youth work or similar settings is essential
* Understanding of the challenges facing care leavers and vulnerable young adults
* Calm, patient and resilient approach with strong communication skills
* Committed to safeguarding and promoting independence
* Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) desirable – or willingness to work towards
* Enhanced DBS check required

Hours & Pay:

* Competitive salary (sleep-in enhancements where applicable)

What we offer:

* Full training and ongoing professional development
