Our client, a well-established Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Kingston Upon Thames, is looking for a Logistics, Procurement & Office Manager to play a pivotal role in keeping their operations running smoothly.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is very organised and enjoys variety - from managing supplier relationships and IT procurement to ensuring the office runs efficiently and teams have everything they need to deliver first-class service.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Logistics
Oversee end-to-end IT procurement: sourcing, quoting, ordering, and tracking hardware, software, and licensing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and distributors.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate deliveries to clients and internal teams.
Ensure cost-effective purchasing through negotiation and supplier performance tracking.
Support project teams with timely logistics and asset management.
Office Management
Maintain a smooth-running office environment - facilities, supplies, H&S compliance, and general upkeep.
Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to support day-to-day operations.
Manage incoming/outgoing post, courier services, and deliveries.
Support onboarding of new staff (equipment, access, workspace setup).
Administration & Finance Support
Process purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes accurately and promptly.
Assist with budget tracking and supplier reconciliations.
Maintain accurate asset and procurement records within internal systems.
Contribute to improving internal processes and documentation.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in logistics, procurement, or office management (MSP or IT industry experience desirable but not essential).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and supplier relationship management skills.
Confident with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
A proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for supporting a busy technical team.
