An opportunity has arisen for an Environmental Advisor to support project and site teams in delivering high environmental standards within a regulated infrastructure environment. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with environmental legislation, supporting environmental management plans, carrying out site inspections, and promoting best practice to minimise environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day environmental support to project and site teams
* Ensure compliance with environmental legislation, permits and site requirements
* Support the development and implementation of Environmental Management Plans and risk assessments
* Conduct site inspections, monitoring activities and environmental audits
* Promote environmental awareness, sustainability initiatives and best practice across site
Requirements
* Proven experience in Environmental role
* Degree qualified in relevant discipline. xsngvjr
* Experience within Construction, Nuclear, Infrastructure, or similar.
Location Whitehaven
Permanent Full Time, 40 hrs
Salary circa £40k + £5k car allowance
