Job Title: Reports and Data Administrator
Location: Horncastle
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
Hours: Monday to Friday | 09:00 - 16:00 | 35 hours per week
Holidays: 31 days including Bank Holidays (Christmas closure included)

About the Role:
Barker Ross are recruiting on behalf of a well-established drainage specialist for a Reports and Data Administrator based in Horncastle. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and play a key role in the day-to-day operational support of a small, dedicated team.

The position is primarily office-based and will involve writing, preparing, and checking reports daily. Some reports may take a couple of days to complete, while others could span a week. The work is repetitive in nature, so a keen eye for detail, excellent grammar, and a methodical mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaising with field engineers and coordinating job progress
Preparing and writing detailed reports from field data
Checking reports for accuracy and grammar before submission
Supporting the Director with operational administration
Prioritising tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWhat We're Looking For:

Strong written communication and grammatical skills
High attention to detail and consistency in work
Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting deadlines
Friendly, approachable, and able to work both independently and as part of a small team
Able to manage repetitive tasks with a positive and focused attitude
Comfortable working with Mac computers.Ideal Candidate:
This role would suit someone with a background in administration or operations support who enjoys structured work, values quality output, and takes pride in producing high-standard documentation.
