Provide general support to the catering staff on site by serving food & drink, using the computerized till system, preparing of food, and cleaning duties.
Main Responsibilities
1. Ensure the preparedness and cleanliness of the catering area for public use to the required standard.
2. Prepare and serve refreshments to customers.
3. Liaise the public in the catering areas and ensure that all Health & Safety guidelines and regulations are adhered to including licensing laws and food hygiene regulations.
