Maison Estelle is a private members’ club set in a Grade I-listed Georgian townhouse on Grafton Street, Mayfair. A ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove. A new school club (no rules), with old school values of personalised service and discretion.

What you will do

* Prepare and manage running orders, ensuring all event information is communicated to relevant operational teams in a timely manner.
* Maintain and update event calendars with accurate details.
* Work with the Marketing & Communications team to meet newsletter deadlines and other event design briefs.
* Upload event details and imagery to CRM systems (Peoplevine) and member portals.
* Ensure smooth execution and a first-class member experience by being onsite during events.
* Assist with "hero" events such as the Summer Party and the Christmas Fair.
* Book external activations like florists and bands and manage supplier invoices.
* Oversee guest lists using CRM guest list software (Zkipster).
* Contribute to brand partnership presentations to enhance member events.
* Support the private events team with organisation of events for members and brands
