Your new companyWe are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a friendly primary school team in Tiverton on a supply basis.Your new roleAs an HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across all key stages. You'll be confident in leading whole-class sessions, implementing planned lessons, and adapting to the dynamic needs of pupils and staff. What you'll need to succeed
* HLTA qualification or equivalent
* Previous classroom experience at primary level
* Experience supporting children with SEND
* Ability to respond to different learning styles and classroom challenges with flexibility
