To help drive this next phase of our growth, we’re expanding our Product teams and looking for Product Managers, at all levels, who can bring clarity, structure, and purpose to complex challenges. We are happy to consider flexible working approaches to help you perform at your best. The working hours (per week) for this role can be between 28 and 35. There will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events in one of our office sites. Responsibilities What you’ll be doing You’ll lead the end-to-end development and delivery of key elements of our product strategy, ensuring propositions meet customer needs, are commercially viable, and operationally practical. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and deliver product strategy by designing and enhancing propositions, products, and customer journeys that carefully balance customer needs, commercial goals, and risk priorities. You will design and implement customer treatment strategies, policies, and processes, using data and insights to understand customer segments and the wider business and market context to inform your plans. You will work closely with Finance to build strong business cases that support our commercial objectives, and collaborate with Technology to assess feasibility, define clear business requirements, and oversee delivery against agreed outcomes. Building strong relationships across the organisation will be key, as you influence and align stakeholders to move ideas forward and deliver on strategic goals. Additionally, you will develop concise, well-structured proposals to support decision-making and help increase understanding of key issues across the business, ensuring your work has real impact. About you We’re looking for someone who brings the following skills and experience: Experience with retail banking products across any stage of the customer journey Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of managing or influencing a product P&L A collaborative leader who builds effective relationships across the organisation Clear and thoughtful communication skills, both verbal and written The ability to bring structure and clarity to complex, unstructured problems Proven capability to prioritise effectively, make sound decisions, and deliver results The ability to translate market insights, customer understanding, and commercial awareness into impactful solutions Our customer first behaviours put customers and members at the heart of how we work together.
