Partnering with operational and commercial teams to support key business decisions Providing insightful analysis on performance, cost drivers and profitability Preparing forecasts, budgets and monthly reports with commentary Supporting investment cases, capex, and strategic projects Acting as the link between finance and non-finance teams – translating data into action Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy: Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) Strong business partnering experience, ideally in a manufacturing or product-based business Commercially curious with confidence to challenge and influence Comfortable working with data, systems and people – and switching between them!
