Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Islington. The Customer Service Representative will handle all faxe to face engagemnets with the consumer, provide exceptional support to customers, and ensure customer satisfaction during every interaction. Key responsibilities include. needs alanalysis, product explanation and maintaining a positive customer experience whilst assisting with other related customer service tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Proficient in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering exceptional Customer Experience
Ability to prioritize and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
