Home Care Assistant
Location: Caistor, based in Caistor. Hours: 7am-2pm & 4pm-10pm. Pay: £12.71 per hour + mileage £0.30 per mile & travel time at £12.71 per hour. Areas covered: Caistor, Binbrook and surrounding areas. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle required.
About the role
As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll support individuals in Lincolnshire to live independently in the comfort of their own homes. Every visit is an opportunity to make someone’s day brighter and yours more fulfilling.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with personal care routines (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Supporting medication and meal preparation
* Helping with light domestic tasks and grocery needs
* Providing companionship and emotional support
Qualifications
* Passionate about helping others and committed to delivering high-quality care and support
* Reliable and honest team player with a positive attitude
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* No experience necessary – we have hired people from hospitality, retail and customer service backgrounds
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
