Reporting to: Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner
Are you a proactive and people-focused HR professional looking to make a real impact? We’re seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our dynamic team in Craigavon, where you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality, generalist HR service that supports both our people and business strategy.
As an integral part of the HR team, you’ll work closely with the HR Business Partner to manage day-to-day operations, support employee relations, and drive initiatives that enhance engagement, compliance, and development across the site.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of the Group People Strategy and site-specific plans
* Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law
* Manage employee relations cases including conduct, capability, and grievance
* Maintain accurate HR systems and ensure data confidentiality
* Drive absence management initiatives and support return-to-work processes
* Coordinate training compliance and support learning & development activities
* Partner with managers and Talent Acquisition on recruitment and onboarding
* Promote health & safety, ethical compliance, and community engagement
* Lead and support employee engagement forums and well-being events
Essential
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Organised, practical, and solution-focused
* Experience with HR systems and data handling
Desirable
* CIPD qualification (or working towards)
* Experience in manufacturing and/or food industry
