Job Description
3. Monitor and fulfil replenishment needs by liaising with the Deployment Planner.
4. Review and execute replenishment plans with secondary warehouses.
5. Actively manage stock levels within the Inventory team.
6. Monitor local inventory levels and stock status in ERP (JDEwards).
7. Serve as the primary point of contact for short-term supply issues, including allocation and back order management.
8. Support resolution of customer requests while balancing business priorities.
9. Stakeholder Communication & Continuous Improvement
10. Regularly communicate and align on operational initiatives with key stakeholders (sales, marketing, finance etc.)
11. Oversee all importations activities (licences, transport, warehouses, customs)
The Successful Applicant
12. 2-4 years experience in supply chain, ideally within pharmaceuticals or FMCG.
13. Strong understanding of order management, stock control, and supplier coordination.
14. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
15. Strong Excel and ERP proficiency.
16. A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
