What You’ll Be Doing
* Acting as the key point of contact for your client portfolio, building trusted relationships
* Overseeing accounts preparation, tax compliance, and advisory work for a broad range of clients
* Providing commercial insight and strategic financial advice to help clients meet their goals
* Reviewing work prepared by junior team members, ensuring technical accuracy and deadlines are met
* Supporting junior staff with coaching and professional development
* Collaborating with partners and senior leadership on business development and growth initiatives
* Ensuring compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements
What You’ll Bring
* ACA or ACCA qualified (or qualified by experience with a strong background in practice)
* Demonstrated experience in managing a diverse portfolio of clients
* Solid technical skills in accountancy and tax compliance
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive, hands-on approach
* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to add value to client conversations
* A passion for people management and team development
