Do you have strong administrative experience gained in a role requiring absolute precision?

Do you have impressive skills utilising the whole MS Office suite?

If you are available immediately and can work for the next six months, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Document Management Administrator Responsibilities

1. Collation of document packs
2. Ensuring all documents follow rigorous control procedures
3. Entering information onto the document management system
4. Data entry to a high standardScanning and archiving

Temporary Document Management Administrator Responsibilities

7. Proven experience in a highly regulated or controlled administrative role
8. Ability to use database tools and Electronic Document Management functionally to perform document management processes
9. Strong skills with MS Office 365 suite of programmes
10. Experience with Adobe software for PDF production and management
11. Attention to detail and an ability to review data entries carefully
12. An ability to work in a multi-project environment, to time critical objectives
13. Excellent interpersonal skills
14. Strong team player with an ability to also work independently
15. Ability to work to stringent deadlines
