Role Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Football Coaches to deliver high-quality training sessions and lead match-day teams. This role is ideal for coaches who are looking to train and manage their own team while gaining valuable experience as part of a highly experienced and supportive coaching team. Whether you're building your coaching journey or looking to contribute to youth development in a structured and professional setup, this is a great opportunity to grow and make an impact.
Working Hours
* Training Sessions:
* Mondays: 5:30pm – 8:30pm
* Wednesdays: 5:00pm – 7:00pm
* Fridays: 5:00pm – 7:00pm
* Match Days:
* Saturdays and/or Sundays (flexible – coaches may work one or both days)
You will be contracted for a minimum of 10 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours based on your availability and the club's needs.
Pay
* £15 to £20/hour (depending on experience)
* Paid monthly

* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate training sessions
* Coach and manage your own team on match days

* Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club officials

Person Specification
Essential:
* FA Level 1 / Introduction to Coaching Football (or working towards)
* FA Safeguarding Children & Emergency Aid certificates (or willing to obtain)
* Enthusiastic, reliable, and a good communicator
* Passionate about grassroots football
* Available for stated training and match hours
Desirable:
* FA Level 2 / UEFA C Licence or higher
* Previous coaching experience
* Valid enhanced DBS check (or willing to obtain)
