In this role, you will work alongside experienced engineers, carrying out welding and fabrication tasks while developing your technical skills in a professional engineering environment. You will be trained to work safely and accurately to high quality standards, with the opportunity to progress into more advanced engineering or maintenance roles over time.
The Role:
* Carrying out welding and basic fabrication work
* Assisting with repairs, modifications, and maintenance tasks
* Working from drawings and specifications
* Maintaining health & safety and quality standards
The Person:
* Any recognised welding qualification (college, NVQ, apprenticeship, or similar)
* Keen to learn and develop technical skills
* Interest in long‑term progression within engineering
* Commutable to Bath
