The Role
* Provide day-to-day professional advice to a diverse portfolio of estate and land-owning clients.
* Act as the first point of contact for existing clients, managing relationships to meet their current and future professional needs, offering sound and reasoned advice.
* Manage rural estates and property portfolios, providing strategic advice, drafting agreements, negotiating deals, and handling a variety of property-related tasks.
* Collaborate with Partners to identify and develop new business opportunities within the team.
* Work with specialist teams such as planning and development, valuation, energy and infrastructure, agency, and natural capital to generate new fee opportunities.
* Assist in developing and implementing efficient internal systems and processes, optimizing IT and resources.
* Ensure compliance with legal, professional, and corporate standards in all work activities.
* Support pitch reporting and client presentations.
What do you need?
Applicants should be chartered surveyors with experience in rural professional and estate management services, and capable of building relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm, integrity, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous self-development are essential.
