Implementation Project Manager Tamworth /Hybrid
My client, a Software house based in Tamworth is looking to hire an Implementation Project Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Implementation Services Manager, you will be a key member of the project delivery team working on package and tailored application implementations and collaborating with other teams to deliver improvement projects that support the customer experience.
The role requires excellent project management skills. You will be leading the project team, and be responsible for the successful delivery of your projects, ensuring excellent outcomes and tangible benefits.
Key Responsible:
1. To ensure project scope is well defined and project deliverables are clear, unambiguous, and agreed with customer stakeholders
2. To develop realistic and achievable project plans in line with specified requirements, available project resource and the complexity of the project
3. Ensuring excellent project governance, through managing project controls the use of project management tools
4. Provide informative and accurate progress and exception reporting to a range of internal and external customer stakeholders
5. To manage the customer's project tasks, mitigating project risks, actively monitor and manage actions, issues and dependencies
