RSM UK Legal is growing our Legal 500 ranked employment team and is seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor to drive our expansion plans in London. Joining us as an Employment Solicitor, you will supervise junior solicitors, manage your own caseload, and develop relationships with new and existing UK and international corporate clients. The position is based in our London, Birmingham, or Manchester office with a hybrid working schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading as a point of contact for employment law matters within the team.
* Identifying and progressing business development opportunities, pitching for work with new and existing clients.
* Proactively anticipating future changes in employment law and government policy.
* Delivering technical expertise with a premium, solutions-driven service to clients.
* Supervising and assisting junior team members with their development.
What We Are Looking For:

* Strong knowledge of UK employment law, including employment status, holiday pay, equal pay, minimum wage, due diligence, and employment tribunal claims.
* Experience in developing client relationships and proactively resolving issues.
* Ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines.
* Experience working in teams on projects and transactional matters.
* Experience with advocacy or regulatory inspections.
